Review 360 incorrect font

Hi everyone! I have this weird issue, when I send a Review link the text and sometimes the images (that contain text) within a course all change to a different text and missing words and blank spaces appear. Usually, it changes to Times New Roman font, despite using Lato or another font from the Theme. It also does this to any images that contain font, which I have created in Adobe Illustrator. It basically makes the course look totally different which causes SME's to leave lots of comments around the formatting not being correct, when it is! Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks!

Julie, are you exporting your images from Illustrator as SVGs? If so, in Illustrator select your text object and then select Type > Create Outlines. Then export to SVG.
I have the same issue. I used "Inter" in a Rise course. But after being published to Review 360, all text on the screen changed to a different font, looking like Times New Roman.
in illustrator cmd+shift+O will convert text to outlines
