When I share a sample course, which I typically do over WebEx or similar conference tool using Review 360, people on the call can't hear the sound. I am thinking it must be a setting on my own computer. Can anyone help me fix this so the sound is heard? Thanks in advance!!

Susanne . . . how are you sharing the sample course through WebEx? Are you using Application Sharing, or some other method?
I use screen sharing. Should I use application sharing instead? Thank you!
