I have my player set to display menu and notes. When I publish to Review 360 about half of my projects are not displaying the notes and menu in the Review Tab. Do I have something set incorrectly? This is inconsistent with no changes to the player. I can't get my project to publish right now with the side panel/notes displayed in the Review Tab.
Sorry to hear you're coming across this issue! To help clarify, are you saying that you're unable to click on the hamburger icon (three lines) on the top left-side to access the sidebar, or are you wanting to have the sidebar show from the start?
If it's the latter, be sure you have the Sidebar starts collapsed option unchecked. You can view this by going to the Home tab, selecting Player, and viewing the options under the Features window.
Let me know if you're running into a different issue and we'll go from there!
I had the player set with the sidebar starts collapsed UNCHECKED, and it was still not displaying from the start. With the latest publish the sidebar is showing correctly. It is the intermittent behavior that uses up a lot of unnecessary time.
I wanted to step in and see if you have this setting checked! It's in the Menu section of the Player Properties. The setting is for the menu to auto-collapse when the learner progresses.

Hi Linda!
I wanted to step in and see if you have this setting checked! It's in the Menu section of the Player Properties. The setting is for the menu to auto-collapse when the learner progresses.
Here's what it looks like in Storyline 360:
Keep us posted if that does the trick!
