I created a storyline file and when I preview the course, everything works correctly. I published to Review360 and some of the triggers are working but some are not (specifically my "custom" back/next buttons).
Is there something going on with Review? I've checked all the settings, triggers and states and it should work the same as when I preview the course.
I wanted to confirm that there are no outages on our end. You can check this on your end by going to https://www.articulatestatus.com/.
I'd be happy to take a closer look at your .story file to get a better understanding of your setup and see if we can replicate this issue in Review 360. You can share your file in this thread or privately in a support case.
