Sorry you're having audio trouble! Do you hear audio when you test the course in Articulate Review? If so, what web browser are you using?
Also, what version of Storyline was the course published with? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.16.15842.0 in the bottom-right corner.
i've just updated to the newest version of storyline to the latest version. sound plays fine on articulate review when i view it. will now check with the client.
