I am trying to publish a course for viewing, on Storyline 360Review, and all that publishes is a gray/white background with no content/course. The course appears to load after a 10-15 minute wait. Please provide a reason/solution for this. Is it a glitch? I've never had this happen before. The link is working for me, but not my customer.
We experienced an outage earlier today with some intermittent issues loading Review 360 items. However, I'm happy to report that Review 360 is now working normally, and we're monitoring carefully.
