Subtitles are not displayed in Review 360

Hello, I have added subtitles to videos in Storyline. After several attempts Review 360 still does not display them. Can somebody help me what might be the reason? Thanks a lot in advance!

Thank you for reaching out! 

A couple of questions for you to pinpoint what the issue might be: 

  • How were the captions added to the course? 
  • Is there an associated Trigger or Closed Caption player button to enable the captions?
