My friend is having a course developed by someone using Articulate. The link is similar to this which I have changed: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/b5948573-??????/review. I don't know if it is Rise, Articulate or something else and am hoping someone recognizes the source from the URL.
Can the source files be downloaded or can ownership of this be moved or changed to another party?
The original vendor can't complete the project and a new vendor will be finishing the project.
