I have the results slide setup for user to Print the results but when I go to test this out in Articulate 360, it doesn't work. A second window appears but it is totally blank.
And that function does not work in the Preview Entire Project mode.
It won't work in the Preview, as it can't connect with the web browser to open up your printable results, similar to how hyperlinks or web objects won't display. It should work in Review though.
Can you check:
What update of Storyline 360 you're using? The latest is Update 19
What browser are you using?
Also, could you share your Review link here so that we can test it?
