We need to allow stakeholders to view Storyline courses in Review 360 along with all the comments entered by all reviewers. However, we also need to block the stakeholders' ability to enter more comments. Is this possible in Review 360?
Right now, there isn't a way to prevent new comments and still have access to existing ones in Review 360. Here's what happens when comments are disabled:
One idea is to export comments to a CSV or PDF file and then disable the comment feature. That way, you could give your stakeholders the exported comments with the shareable link.
