"Your computer seems to be offline. We'll automatically try to reconnect when an internet connection is detected"

I have shared a link to one of my projects in Review 360 with a colleague, however he cannot open the link - he gest the "your computer seems to be offline" message

Needless to say he is not off line... neither was I when I copied the shareable link! 

Anyone have any ideas what's going on here!?
