Hello, I hope some can help me with this question. I am new to my position. Not the role just the company. The person who had my role is the owner of one of my Rise 360 On-boarding I need to know how I can get the owner rights so I can update some changes we have made to it. I have total of 3 on-onboarding to update. Two I have finished. Any help on the 3rd one would be appreciated.
Good question. I will have to ask him. I am not. So I am new and there three courses that are basically the same but have their layouts are different because they are different products. I believe he did the updates though and then left. One my co-workers said she cannot give me the rights because he was the owner. I have deadlines that I am trying to update so it gets a little frustrating.

Is the original author of that course still a part of your Articulate 360 team?
If so, simply ask them to send a copy of the Rise 360 course to you. Let me know if that helps you!
