Accordions not opening

I have a support ticket open, but I want to know if it's just us. Over the past couple weeks, we have been experiencing a lot of issues with accordions not opening once loaded to the LMS. It acts as if a user can interact with the content - providing the hand cursor and the hover state, but if you click on it none of the items open. In review and local testing, it works as expected.

The 'fun' part of this is that it is intermittent. I even tested accordion blocks in the LMS successfully then returned and couldn't open the items again. Our work around is simply to replace the blocks with a tab or other interaction type. 

EDIT 2: All our accordion blocks are set to Open only one at a time.

Any thoughts? Has anyone else experienced this?
