Account: update e-mail adress -> no confirmation link

Dear team, the e-mail adress of one of our team members (seat) changed. We understand it's possible to update the e-mail in the account of that team member. However, no confirmation link is received in the inbox of that new e-mail adress. Which is a problem as SCORM files from Rise courses are sent via a-email. Thanks for helping out.
