Add a Camtasia video to Rise360?

Hello,
I have recorded a short video from Camtasia and read that as a MP4 file, I should be able to add it to Rise. When I try to upload it, it goes very quickly to about the 1/2 way point when loading and then just stops. It is only 21.6MB so not too big either.
Anyone experience this and if so, is there something I am not doing correctly? I need to use Camtasia so that I can edit/cut parts of the middle of the video that is just waiting time for a software application to respond. I can't have all of that "dead" video in the middle.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi there, Deb!
It sounds like you're doing everything correctly! If you're still getting stuck uploading that video, would you mind sending it our way by clicking here?
We can test it from our side and let you know what we find!
Hello,
I was able to get it to load, must have been a network connection quirk. Thanks!
I'll piggy back on this question but will add something. What if I Export my Camtasia video with the Smart Player? The output is a series of folders and files in addition to the .mp4 file. How to load this into a Rise block if the Video block only asks for 1 video file? Storyline is out of the question so I only need to know if the above is possible, thanks.
Hi Miguel, that is correct, Rise 360's video block only accepts one file, and it has to be in a video format.
But the mp4 doesn't have the cool TOC and you can't upload the html player file --so what is the work around then?
I guess I need to know what kind of repositories can hold the library of files to be accessed so that I can have people view the
Hi Renee! Currently, Rise accepts only one file such as an MP4 file or an AVI file. As a workaround, you may upload these files in a web server, and then embed the container file (HTML file) into Rise using an Embed block (Multimedia>Embed).
