Maybe they did a right click and inspect instead of testing with a screen reader. But if for some reason they are hearing it w/ whatever screen reader they are using, I would just rename the file "[client name] logo" and leave it at that. Tell them their employees know where they work. ;)

Screen readers automatically skip the logo and also the cover photo if there is one, so there's no spot to add alt text.

So, why is my client calling me out for no alt-text there? I do not have the logo at any other place in the course.
