Advice for backing up and future proofing Rise 360 projects

Sep 20, 2022

Hello,

I was wondering is there anyway of archiving Rise 360 Projects for future use or information retrieval, in the case that the company I work for stops using Articulate (for what ever reason)? Something that can be potentially accessed if all contact with Storyline and the scorm package is lost in time and access to files is required in the future?

Exporting as a WEB based package would work. Hmmmm?

Thanks - thinking aloud.

Hi Dan,

Storyline files are not a problem to backup as the source files are on your local computer.

Rise courses are a different issues as it's a web based app, and there is no downloadable source file.

To have access to an editable version of your Rise courses, you need to maintain a paid up subscription.
