I had a request to provide content that was easy to access with no sign-on. So I used rise and we are using the sharing the link to deliver it to our end-users. The issue of course is while I initially pointed out that there would be no way to track if we deployed in this manner, now I have requests to track usage.
Any ideas? Is there some way to use google analytics or some other tool with mail chimp (this is the way we are sharing the links)?
Good stuff. i think there is an 'enterprise' level on bit.ly but the basic free package does offer some basic analytics. Is probably as good as it can get for tracking activity of content that is being shared from the Rise system.

You could use a url shortening service like bit.ly. This would at least show you how many times the link has been clicked.
