I'm having issues where my courses are stuck in the "your course is loading" stage. Other users trying to access the content are also running in to this hiccup. I was not having any issues this AM, but all afternoon this has been the case. Is there something that is happening on the servers? Or something I can do to help ensure this isn't happening in the future?
I've got an update for you! We've identified the issue and have implemented a fix. Rise 360 courses should now load for all users. We'll continue to monitor performance carefully.
