Arrows not working in Rise Process block

Hi all

We have a large number of Rise courses that use the Process block with many staff navigating through the block using the keyboard arrows.

Something has changed overnight - the arrows on the keyboard are no longer working.

Can anyone please shed some light on this and whether there is anything we can do to make them work again?
