I can't get any images to upload to my course. It processes for a minute and doesn't upload my images or the images from content library. What should I do?
Hi Crystal - I checked the status of this problem and while you note it has been resolved, I am still not able to load all images from the content library. Is there something I can do to refresh and load the images?
It looks like the images in the Content Library aren't fully loading. Reach out to your IT team, and be sure these Network Endpoints are enabled in your network. That should solve it for you!

Just an update - we've fixed the issue with images in Rise 360 and are monitoring it carefully. Please let me know if you're having any trouble!
