Studio 360 includes Presenter 360, which is a PowerPoint plug in. It adds an "Articulate" tab to your PowerPoint decks, which lets you publish PPTs as eLearning courses.
Presenter 360 also lets you insert Articulate characters. After you have a character in PPT, you can save just the character as an image for inserting into Rise. Or you can combine the character with other objects, and then save the group or even the entire slide as an image.
