Apologies for the trouble loading Rise 360. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and is currently looking for a fix. We'll update this post once everything is running smoothly again.

I was able to log in using a different browser. Sorry for uploading this discussion since I saw many others asking the same question. All set now.
No worries, Deedre. Rise 360 is loading normally again, and you can now publish courses without issues. Our engineering team is closely monitoring the situation to make sure everything is running smoothly.

I am getting a 504 gateway timeout error today

This is a new (second) and currently unresolved issue.
Watching this thread... I'm still having issues as well. On https://www.articulatestatus.com/#, it's showing the issue as resolved.

Click the "Subscribe" button in the upper right corner of the status page (above) if you'd like to receive notifications of status changes in the future.
I am experiencing the same issue. Even the most recent staff link to track outages is timing out.

@Eric Santos, is it likely that this will be resolved in the coming hours? We have training deadlines to meet in the next 5 hours.
Is there an ETA on this issue? I have two large deadlines today by EOD EST.
Do we have an ETA on this being resolved? I need to Publish a course to be completed PRIOR to a training session and need to get the training session invite out ASAP.

I am also having issues accessing RISE, is there any update on a resolution?
One of my colleagues is currently accessing their projects via the RISE dashboard without any problem. I've tried clearing my cache and restarting the pc but I still can't access RISE. This is the error I'm getting now.

Attempting to access https://rise.articulate.com/ - takes "forever" to load then appears to stick on "Resuming Your Session".
