I am also getting a 504 Gateway error.
Message comes up "Resuming your session" and then displays 504 Gateway message.
I'm getting this error: 504 Gateway Time-out
Same here, cannot access it this morning either.
Still having issues on my team!
I have been down since yesterday, was getting 504 Gateway error on one browser and clear cache on another.
Same problem for me. Seems like some colleagues get some access but others none at all to rise 360.
What browsers have worked for people? I have tried chrome and Edge?

no they are not. A number of us are still experiencing issues and we have deadlines to meet.

I'm having the same issue as everyone else here and have tried the recommended solutions to no avail. Any ETA on when this will be resolved?

This is the error I'm getting. I did clear my cache, still getting the same message.
My organization is getting the 504 error today. Worth nothing--we are based in the US. However, we have consultant colleagues that also develop in Rise who have not had issues, and they are mostly based out of India.
Big shout-out to the team at Articulate working to resolve these issues this week. I'm sure this is not ideal and not easy; thank you for working hard to get us all back up and running!
Hi, any idea when this should be resolved? It was fine for a few hours yesterday but it's now back to the Gateway 504 error again.
This has been going on for 3 days now. Any news on when we will have a resolution?
I tried using both Chrome and Edge with different devices, still no luck. We have a project due end of day today and it's impacting our timeline.
We have not been able to access our courses since yesterday afternoon.
Also getting the 504 gateway error as of 11 am CDT. Is there an ETA for resumption of service? Thanks!

I’m so sorry for the trouble! Rise 360 and other Articulate products have experienced some technical issues recently, and our team has identified the issue.
We’re pushing out a fix and will be monitoring it. We’ll continue to share updates on our status page, articulatestatus.com, and you can subscribe there to stay informed! Once we’re back up and running fully, we’ll also share an update within E-Learning Heroes as well.
