I am trying out A Rise for first time and created a 5 question app and downloaded it to my laptop, extracted the zip folders and clicked on index.html but it would not run the app in IE  What am I doing wrong?

Hi Steve,

Let's double check that you followed each step for viewing the content locally. Try this:

  1. Export your Rise course for No LMS - Web only.
  2. In the Downloads folder, right-click the zipped file and select Extract All.
  3. Click Extract.
  4. Once the file has finished extracting, double-click the Content folder.
  5. Double-click Index.
  6. A new browser window/tab should open, and you should see your Rise course there.
