Our LMS provider is telling me to turn off the mobile app button on my Rise course. I only know of a mobile app button in Storyline. Am I missing something?
Hi Marianne! You're not missing anything! Rise 360 courses are inherently mobile responsive and designed to work on any device and there's not a place to turn that off so that it's a desktop-only course. If there's something happening with the course that is problematic for the LMS, please feel free give us more detail by reaching out to our support team!
