I have a rise package that I would like the user to feed back on if they found it useful or not and if they would recommend it to others. I have made the two questions as an assessment so that it can be tracked on our LMS.
However, I would like to suppress the scoring page as its not really a quiz.
It sounds like you need a survey tool in Rise 360 that would allow you to add ungraded survey questions. While that's not on our feature roadmap currently, I'm happy to pass along your suggestion to our Product team.

In the meantime, I've seen other folks embed a survey from Google Forms or something similar to capture survey data from learners. Would that be an option for you?
