Articulate Rise + OKN | Not returning pass / completion information

Hi articulate community,

I'm trying to create a course for posting on the OKN LMS. In the settings, I've selected "track using quiz result" and in the reporting I've tried all four options.

When I test in SCORM Cloud, I'm returned the following:

When I launch in the OKN LMS, this data gets reported as "unknown":

And I also get a "In progress" :

This is true whether I use any combination of complete/pass and incomplete/fail.

This was a client's LMS, so I wasn't able to run with the debug mode on or change any LMS-side settings. I could ask the client to change settings, but I'm not sure where to start outside of debug mode.

One thought I had was that the client has selected the completion criteria as "pass & complete".

Is it possible that Rise isn't capable of reporting both these in one SCORM package (it seems that way to me)?

I'm sort of in the woods here and wondering if the community has any ideas.
