Having an issue with an articulate file, when I upload it to Articulate Review it works perfectly. But when I try to add it to Rise I'm left with a loading screen "Processing course....." And nothing changes, has anyone ever come across this? It's very frustrating.

A colleague of mine fixed the issue, we had a word document attached to the slide which included inverted commas in the name, taking " " out fixed the issue,
