for some reason, any audio I record and add to a training in Rise 360 is at a faster speed. This did not happen previously so not sure if something has changed within the platform. I don't see any settings of speed within the audio so not sure how to change it so that it's a normal speed. Thanks!
I'm sorry you've hit this snag. I see you've also connected with my teammate, Ian, via a chat case; good call! I encourage you to continue troubleshooting with him after trying out his suggested steps.
Let me know if you have any issues receiving Ian's email; I'm happy to help.
I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
How are you creating your recordings? Are you using Rise 360's built-in recording feature in the audio block?
Does the issue affect the audio files you upload, or is it strictly specific to audio recordings?
Have you tried testing the behavior on other browsers? How about in your browser's private/incognito mode?
If all of the recordings you make are affected, and the behavior isn't browser-specific, please share a copy of your Rise 360 course by opening a case with our support team so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
