Hello e-Learning Heroes! I am a newbie here trying to figure out how our LMS can read completed courses imported from Rise 360. I tried downloading the package in SCORM 1.2 and 2004 but both doesn't work. The system can't seem to read the completion from the package. Any important tips on this to ensure that my content works well with the system?
Hi guys!! I have had the same problem for two days. I published a couple of new courses as xAPI, uploaded them to the LMS, accessed them, and can complete a few sections or even the entire course. BUT when I close the tab, and enter the course again, none of my progress has been recorded. In the back end, the LMS shows the course as 'not started'.
I tried with two different projects to see if I could replicate the issue, and I think it might be a bug during the publishing stage??
I'm surprised to see this is the only entry in the past 48 hours mentioning this issue with completion.
I keep having the same issue. We have tried a battery of tests, and anything that has been published from Rise in the past 48 hours, cannot be tracked either for progress or completion.
We have tried re-uploading pre-published scorms from december to the LMS and they work fine, so it looks like it's any new scorms published recently.
What versions and Editions of SCORM does it fully support? (e.g., if the documentation says it "downgrades" SCORM 2004, Ed. 4 to Ed. 3, it does not fully support SCORM 2004, Ed. 4)
Hello Sandra! Yes, I just realized that I am uploading the launch file only instead of the whole package. My content is now working perfectly fine with our LMS.

So when a student completes a Rise course that exists in your LMS, no student course completion data is recorded by the LMS?
Yes.
Hi Ryan,
Can you show us a screenshot of the rise publish settings and your LMS activity completion settings?

Hello Jay! Thanks for showing interest in my concern.
Here are the publishing settings:
Hi Ryan,
Based on your screenshots, students need to view 100% of the Rise course content to get a course completion status.
If you have any quizzes, none of them are used to determine completion.
Is that what you intended?
Yes that's right.
Hi Ryan,
I use those same settings for some of my courses, and get a completed status in our LMS.
Student progress is also recorded and available in the Rise course if the student resumes a completed or in-progress course.

We use:
TinCanny Version 4.4.0.1
LearnDash Version 4.14.0
Wordpress 6.5
Thanks!
Hi Ryan, we seem to be having exactly the same problem.
Have you found a solution to your issue?
Hi, have tested it with a recently created and published package from the this month and it works for me.
Here are my specific settings for the LMS and rise.
Not to familiar with other LMS's so cant be a huge help sorry.
Moodle 4.1.8
