Building accessible courses in Rise
Mar 19, 2024
Hello,
I built a course in Rise for our Travel Security Team and they reminded about a key point, that I cannot believe I did not consider when builder; accessibility for our visually impaired employees.
I searched past discussions and nothing to recent that provides insight. I did see a post about 4 years ago where the Articulate team mentioned this is something they are working on (should be a top priority in my opinion). I did find an Articulate resource, "6 best practices for designing accessible eLearning" and will be looking into that for inspiration.
Does anyone have any suggestions or examples they could share about how they made their Rise course more accessible for the visually impaired. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, thank you.

Hey! We have an article that we keep up to date on which components we have found to be accessible for screen readers. Hope this helps. https://maestrolearning.com/blogs/articulate-rise-accessibility/
Hi Dianne, It looks like your question landed in two places, but I've responded to your other post, Accessible Learning in Rise.
