I'd like to link out to various documents stored on our Sharepoint site from markers on a labeled graphic. However, several of us tested this and we get an "Access denied" message. This same link doesindeed work for us when we paste it into our Web browser. Is there something in Rise that may be preventing the link from working?

Hi Teresa,
The "Access Denied" problem is a SharePoint issue, and not caused by Rise.
To access SharePoint files, you need to be logged into the company network.
SharePoint links within a Rise course are blocked by SharePoint because the requests are considered to originate from outside your company network.
