Yes it is possible to do this using Block Templates.
Go the Rise Lessons that contains the blocks that need to be moved.
Find Block Templates at the very bottom of the Block Library.
At the top right, select New Block Template.
Using the grey checkmarks, select all the blocks that need to be moved.
Then click SAVE in the top right and give the new block template a name.
Go to to the other Lesson where the blocks need to be relocated.
Open the Block Template Library and choose your new block template which should be the first item in the list. Click to insert those copied blocks into this Lesson.
Once the blocks have been inserted, remember to go back to the source Lesson and delete the unwanted blocks from there.
