CAN I UPLOAD RISE ARCHIVES BACK AFTER DOWNLOADING IT?

I had a trial account some months ago, after the trial ended, we created another account as a team. I lost all my creations but I have them on my pc. 

Is it possible to "upload" them into my new account? I would like to make some changes.

Hi,

If the files you have are SCORM ZIP files, they cannot be brought back into Rise for editing.

Typically courses created with a trial account are kept for 6 months. Contact technical support and ask them about it. Provide your original email address and the one you are using now.
