can participants upload pdfs as part of the course?

I would like my team members to submit a pdf in response to a question as part of a training. Is there a way to do this? The full story: we require our team members to get an annual certification in a 3rd party app we use to service our clients, and I would like to track that in Articulate/iSpring instead of tracking it outside of our LMS.  I thought the best way to do this was to set up a microlearning where team members could respond to a question by uploading a pdf. Is this possible? Does anyone have any other suggestions?
