I am creating a course in Rise. I clicked on the image block, and the generic bicycle photo came up. I tried to click the delete or edit button, but those options are not available. There's no trashcan icon, no undo button, nothing. I even got a coworker to take a look with me, and she thought it was strange as well. It seems as if those icons are missing. Can anyone assist me with this? Thank you!

Hi Ashley,
This is a known issue with the Edge browser.
Either update to the Edge Chromium version of the browser or switch to Chrome.

I use Chrome and have never experienced this issue.
Are you using the most up to date version of Chrome?

Do you want a Image block or just a Text block?
There is no delete option on the Image block only the option to edit the image to change the image.
If I have to use Rise 360 in Edge I have to clear the browser history, cache and cookies.
If the issue continues you can reach out to the Support Team.

If you are using an up to date version of the Edge Chromium browser or Chrome browser you should not be having this problem.
