Our client has come back to us after we shared an Articulate Rise course with them, saying that where we've advised to 'click on the numbers/ticks/plus icons/arrows etc' that there are no numbers etc and that they are seeing circles instead.
We initially thought that they were being obtuse because the numbers etc. are inside circles, however several reviewers have now made this comment so we're thinking that something else is going on.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there's anything we can do about it?
