Characters not displaying reactions in scenario-builder - help!

Hi, I have been creating branching scenarios using two characters in Rise 360. 

I have carefully selected the appropriate pose / facial reaction for each response over multiple scenes. However, when I come to preview the scenario, only the default facial expression is displayed - the character's pose does not alter at each response.

This has been the case with multiple different characters, on different browsers and having logged out and in again. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a way to fix it?
