I have embedded a video in Rise and would like to add Russian subtitles to it. I have inserted the vtt correctly, unfortunately, only question marks are displayed when I select the Russian subtitles in the video. Maybe someone can help me :). It should display the russian charcters correctly.

I can't upload a vtt file. Unfortunately the system does not accept the vtt format.
