Hey, I've recently created some video-based content in RISE and when in preview/review the closed captions and the translations are working perfectly but as soon as I export the SCORM and place it in our LMS the CC disappears, has anyone else had this issue, and know how to fix it?
Sorry to hear that your closed captions aren't appearing when you upload your SCORM package into your LMS. I can see that you've reached out to our support engineers, and Lejan sent you a couple of questions. You are in good hands. I hope this gets fixed soon.
