My boss was reviewing a course in Review 360 and making comments. I was resolving them in Rise 360 and we were tag-teaming. When I went to republish the existing course over itself she got a red x within a red circle. She had to go back and remake her comments.
Hi Karen! I see that you posted a similar question here. Comments roll forward with each new version, so you’ll see comments for the version you selected and all versions before it. Sorry to hear that the comments disappeared and your boss had to redo them. Please share screenshots with us by submitting a case here so our support team can have a look at it.
