I am publishing a 4 weeks long RISE course and when students leave and return to the course, all the previously completed sections appear as uncompleated. What could be the cause?
The way it's supposed to work, is that when a student exits an incomplete course, their data is sent to the LMS.
When the student resumes the course later, their data should be loaded back into the course from the LMS, allowing them to continue from where they left off before.
So either the student data is not being sent to the LMS in the first place, or the saved data is not being loaded back when they resume a course.
You would need to work with your LMS administrator to figure this out.

Hi Roberto,
Are you publishing your course for Web or LMS?
Hi Karl.
I am publishing LMS / SCORM1.2
Hi Roberto,
Which LMS are you using?
Does this happen just with this one course, or all of your courses?
Hi Karl,
We have a tailored made LMS, do you think this could be the cause?
This is the first course we ane using RISE so no way to compare with others.
Hi Roberto,
That makes it difficult to pinpoint the cause,
