Hello, I have been seeing an issue when I am in Rise or Storyline. I will try to access the content library & I am unable to view any of the content there before I select it. Is there anything I can do to stop the issue?
If that doesn't work, ask your IT department to allow-list these websites so you access all the resources included with your Articulate 360 subscription, including Content Library 360 images.
I have cleared my cache, and can not view the list of files in the content library. My employer has provided me with full licenses . I have never been able to view items on this list.

Hi Annie!
Start by clearing your browser cache. If this is a recent problem, clearing the cache usually solves it.
If that doesn't work, ask your IT department to allow-list these websites so you access all the resources included with your Articulate 360 subscription, including Content Library 360 images.
