Hi there, I'm new into Rise, and I'm attempting to set up templates with a corporate logo. The problem I have is that every time I attempt to insert our logo Rise rejects it and asks me to "Please verify the file type is an image and try again."
Are there some rules around the size or attributes of images that can be used - I've already checked that our logo is one of the suggested file types.

Hi there Steve! Sorry to hear Rise is giving you trouble with your logo image. Are you uploading the image file here?
Also, would you mind sharing the image file with us? We can test it on our side to see if we run into the same error. Thanks!

I was able to upload the logo without an issue using Google Chrome. What web browser were you using when you ran into the issue?
Hi Alyssa, I was on IE having problems. I've switched to Edge and the problem seems to have resolved.
