I asked a couple of years ago if there was a way to make a copy of a course to send to a client. Someone suggested downloading the PDF. I've tried that but it doesn't show everything, since you see just a portion or some things like flip boxes, which can be an issue during an audit. It also is very long and doesn't present as a professional looking document. Are there any other options for creating a copy that can be shared? Thanks
Hi Rosemary. Another option is to export your course to Review 360. You can give your clients the link, and they can interact with that version of the course as long as you have your Articulate 360 license. You can even disable comments in Review 360 so that it just launches the course without the option to leave feedback.

HI Rosemary,
Does your client have a Rise license?

Thanks for your response. They client doesn't need to have Articulate to do this, right?
Thanks so much and Happy Holidays.

I could be any number of clients and I couldn't assume they would have Articulate.
Thanks
Rosemary
HI Rosemary,
If your clients do not have a Rise license, you are unable to send them an editable copy of your Rise courses.
