Critical Errors when Uploading to LMS

Hi, we are publishing our Rise package to our LMS, and can not get it to upload.

Normally I export to SCORM 1.2 and it still works. This time I tried both both SCORM 2004 and 1.2 but failed.

When uploading SCORM 1.2 as usual, the systems send me this:

Critical Errors: Error while parsing MultiLaunchType. Please verify course package is valid.: ['', hexadecimal value 0x08, is an invalid character. Line 16, position 24.]

Does anyone know how to fix? Please help. Thanks.
