CSS Break for Sidebar Visibility (Rise)

Our LMS requires you to specify a window size for Rise. 

The default size launches with a minimized sidebar. What's the CSS pixel breakpoint for when the sidebar becomes visible? In other words, what's the minimum pixel width I can specify and still see the sidebar?
