I have a software simulation that was built in Storyline 360. Part of the simulation requires the user to press the F7 and F11 keys. The Storyline file is integrated into a Rise 360 course. When users are testing the course, the F11 function key is causing the page to Zoom to full screen. Pressing the F7 key brings up a pop-up window about keyboard navigation. How do I disable this? Is it a browser issue?

Yes, the browser controls the F keys, not Rise.
