Disabled hyperlinks in Rise 360 but links are active in Review

Why would the hyperlinks be "disabled in trial accounts" -- while they (same links) are accessible in Review 360. I have a subscription - that is, not a "trial account." Thanks,

When the course link was shared to the learners. Learners were unable to access all links within the course. Alternatively, they were able to access the material by copying/pasting the corresponding URL link on to another window, but outside of the course. Thanks, Karl.
